The elves have been hard at work to make Sugar Rush 2025 bigger and better than ever, and we’re ready to welcome YOU to be a part of this unforgettable Christmas-themed extravaganza! 🎅🍭 We have vendors and attendees coming from all over the US! We’ve listened to your feedback and rolled out a new application process designed to prevent too much overlap of similar products. Whether you specialize in treats, handcrafted goods, or anything in between, we’re carefully selecting vendors to keep the variety festive and fun for everyone! No more competing with five other booths selling the same items. 🎁
🌟 Vending Packages
You can choose between the Sampler Package or Non-Sampler Package, depending on how you want to engage with event-goers:
**Please note all food items much be packaged “to go”
Sampler Package: Includes your business name on event merchandise, a discounted signage option, and requires 300 samples for our VIP ticket holders. Here’s the best part—you don’t have to be a food or treat vendor to be a sampler! Any business can participate as long as you provide samples of your products (think promo items, small gifts, etc.).
🎟️ Samplers will receive $50 of their space fee back on the day of the event at check in!! Samples do not need to be pre-packaged. VIP ticket holders will come to your booth to collect their sample. For ex. Hot sauce- you can allow them to try you hot sauce by squeezing sauce onto a spoon or cracker when they come to your booth- this counts as 1 sample.
Non-Sampler Package: Focus on selling your goods with a traditional 10x10 booth, plus choose from exciting à la carte marketing options to give your business extra visibility! Vendors participating in this option that sell food item, are prohibited from giving samples out and all food items must be prepackaged and sold to go.

Sugar Rush is more than just sweets (though we LOVE them!). Whether you sell savory food items, clothing, decor, crafts, or gifts, we want YOU at this year’s event. And with our new changes, you’ll have prime space to shine! All treats must be prepackaged to sell!

Food trucks/ food vendors selling ready to eat foods- Based on feedback from last year's event, we're expanding our food offerings to include a wider variety of delicious options, and we believe your unique menu would be a fantastic addition to Sugar Rush.
Important Note: Per the York Expo Center's requirements, all food trucks participating in Sugar Rush 2025 must contract with the fair. This includes a 20% sales fee. We understand this fee may impact your profit margins, and we've taken this into consideration when planning our vendor fees.
To secure your spot:
Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to confirm your participation. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up for the event. $50 will be returned to you at check in on day of the event!
Contract with York Expo Center: Once your deposit is received, we will provide you with the necessary information to contract directly with the York Expo Center.
